EMCA Wildcat Announcements 5-10-2019

Tuesday (May 14) – Last day of Aftercare

Tuesday (May 14) – K5 Graduation, 6:30pm

Wednesday (May 15) – Final Exams, school released at 12:20pm, no Aftercare

Thursday (May 16) – Teacher Workday (NO SCHOOL)

Thursday (May 16) – Senior Graduation Rehearsal, 10am

Friday (May 17) – Elementary Awards Day / Last Day of School

Friday (May 17) – Senior Graduation, 7pm

Monday-Tuesday (May 20-21) – EMCA Office Closed

EMCA Summer Hours – beginning May 23, Monday – Thursday, 8am – 1pm


Rising 6th-12th graders –   Athletic Physicals – Saturday, May 11

All students interested in any sport, cheerleading, band, color guard, and/or majorette for next year, must complete a physical. Please pick up a physical form packet from the office. The packet must be completed in its entirety and signed by the parent and student and turned in to the office PRIOR to May 11.   Meet at 8:15a.m. at EMCA, the bus will leave by 8:30am for St. James School. EMCA 2019-2020 Reenrollment

Reenrollment is in full swing! In preparation for the start of 2019-2020, please take time now to complete your child(ren)’s reenrollment for next year.  Please note our referral discount: Current families may receive a $150 tuition credit if they refer a family that enrolls new student(s).  The discount will be applied after the newly referred student(s) has attended EMCA for one month.
