NOTE: EMCA follows Autauga County weather closings.

EMCA Sports Update

EMCA Varsity Girls – are in the Playoffs! Our Varsity Girls will play in the Regional Basketball Tournament against Eastwood at EMCA on Tuesday, February 5, at 6pm.

EMCA Varsity Boys – are in the Playoffs! Our Varsity Boys will play against Abbeville at Abbeville, on Thursday, February 7, at 6pm.

These are Regional AISA games; only AISA passes will be honored. The entrance fee to these games are $7 adults, $5 for students.  The winners of Tuesday’s and Thursday’s games will proceed on to the Elite 8 Tournament on Feb 11,12,13.

EMBC D-NOW (Feb 22-24) Sign up by February 6

Students who are currently in 6th grade – 12th grade, sign up for EMBC D-NOW, a weekend of discipleship, fun, service, and growth for students. SIGN up by February 6 to receive a t-shirt! AdvancEd Accreditation Review Team Visit

EMCA is accredited through AdvancEd, also known as SACS, the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.  EMCA is proud to be accredited through the same accrediting agency as all public schools, AUM, the University of Alabama, and Auburn University, just to name a few. What that means is, we are held accountable by AdvancEd to rigorous standards for continuous improvement.  We look forward to our Accreditation Review Team visit, scheduled for February 26-27. 


ACT at EMCA, Wednesday, February 20, 2019

EMCA 10th – 12th graders – if you signed up with Mrs. Price to take the ACT on EMCA’s campus, the cost is $45 and must be given to the EMCA office by February 20. Cash or check, make checks out to EMCA. If you have any questions, please ask Mrs. Price at or 334-358-4085.
