Urgent Opportunity to Support our Athletic Program
EMCA has been given the fundraising opportunity to serve food concessions at the Garrett Coliseum, on June 15-16, from 8:45am-5:30pm. We still need several volunteers for Saturday; we will be selling and serving food. Transportation is provided – we will LEAVE EMCA campus at 8:45am each day, and will return at 5:30pm each day. If you can work a half-shift, you must provide your own transportation. Volunteers need to wear an EMCA shirt of some sort.
Parents, grandparents, and students grade 8 and above, please consider helping out. If you are able to help, contact Coach Roger Lambert as soon as possible at 334-358-4085 or at email@example.com, or Amie Durden at 205-217-0574. You may earn first semester family service hours for the hours that you work.

Character Trait for June:
Determination vs. Faintheartedness
Purposing to accomplish what God has tasked me to do, regardless of the opposition.
“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith; in the future there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day; and not only to me, but also to all who have loved His appearing.” ~ 2 Timothy 4:7-8 NASB
