Sales Period - July 16th - August 7th

All orders must be turned with payment by August 7th

Product Pick-up - August 20th at 3PM at the EMCA concession stand (NOTE Bring a cooler for pick-up as ALL items MUST be kept cool until delivered)

Sales materials and order forms available at the school office.

All checks should be made out to EMCA.

All product must be paid for when ordered. Any order placed without payment will not be honored.

Help will be needed on the morning of August 20th to separate and organize product after arrival (10AM).
